  • Can I visit your winery for a tasting?
    Unfortunately, we do not have a tasting room at the moment, but we do often hold events and you can find our wine at different shops and restaurants. Sign up to our newsletter to stay updated on our events.
  • How can I learn more about the artist collaborations and their inspiration?
    For more insights into our artist collaborations and their creative inspirations, follow our blog and social media channels. We regularly share stories that celebrate the artistry behind each label.
  • Why is shipping so expensive?
    Shipping is expensive because we prioritize fast shipping to ensure that our wines arrive in excellent condition. Weather is a major factor and we want to make sure that temperature changes do not negatively affect the quality of the product.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    Currently, we only ship within the US!
  • What is the recommended serving temperature for your wines?
    The ideal serving temperature varies based on the wine type. Generally, our red wines, like Malbec, are best served between 16-18°C (60-65°F), while our rosé is delightful when served slightly chilled at 10-12°C (50-54°F).
  • How do you give back to the community?
    Giving back is an integral part of our mission. We collaborate with local artists and donate all of the profits from specific releases to support charitable organizations dedicated to causes that align with our values.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
