EVOLVE

When we can focus on education, our neighborhoods grow stronger. When we can focus on diversity, our society becomes better balanced. Our communities are in the throes of trying circumstances in which evolution from discriminatory behavior is mandatory. We must be better, because we deserve better. E3 Wines has pledged to evolve their own local wine community by introducing diversity. We are tailoring our efforts to evolve through sponsoring and supporting minority centric events, programs, and fundraisers.

Check out what folks in the community are doing to help us evolve:

Evolve

The Roots Fund

The roots fund was created to empower communities of color by providing resources and financial support through educational scholarships, wine education, mentorship, and job placements.

As a company, EThree Wines is dedicated to supporting The Roots Fund to sponsor a scholarship for those in the Black, Indiginous, and LatinX community.

The Liink Project

The Liink Project is a grass-roots community effort to create a safe, structured, and supportive environment to incubate black-owned businesses in the Greater Seattle Area.

Their development plans include a venue to host a black-owned creative commons, art gallery, live performance, commercial kitchen, and media production resources for under-served black artists and entrepreneurs in our city.

Wine Unify

Wine Unify was founded on the belief that education is the cornerstone to progress in any field. Yet many ethnic and racial minorities experience significant barriers to entry – be it financial, mentorship, or a general feeling of exclusion.

Black Wine Professionals

Founded by Julia Coney, Black Wine Professionals is a resource for wine industry employers and gatekeepers, professionals, and the food and beverage community. Their goal is to lift up the multifaceted Black professionals in the world of wine.

Jerk Shack

Today, more than ever, we are aware of the opportunity gaps in America. Kids from predominantly Black and brown neighborhoods have lots of dreams they can’t afford, and not enough networked role models to help them figure out how to get over that hump. The vision: Jerk Shack II would help them achieve the scale needed to serve the community by providing their employees with health insurance, child care assistance, tuition assistance and college scholarships.
